Speed Service - what a load of bull

False advertizing. There is nothingg speedy about their service:
1. Their staff at dispatch centres do not know what postcode mean. My parcel was being sent to the wrong post office day after day (the towns sound the same but are spelt differently, moreover they have different postal codes)

2. Customer Service is full odf promises. I have sent emails and called so many times and have recieved very little response.

3. The one day speed service, does not exist. My parcel was sent with S.A to a destination in the same country. it is 9 days later and still the parcel has not reached it's destination

What a rip-off!!! I will not rest until i get what's due to me
