Bad service

Posted a a parcel to standerton, funny the parcel did reach its destination but the content inside the parcel was not where to be found, meaning it magically disappear, how whack is that? now, my Kid passed at school, she asked me for a phone and I bought it for her, I trusted the post office with my Kids joy and they the post office entrusted speed service with my kids joy now my kids heart has been broken buy speed service, on top of that I had to call speed service 100 times, they made me hold for about 15 to 30 min before they attended my call, money gone times two, how whack is that, speed service is just a mickey mouse business, they don't deserve our business, if they can't secure our properties, they may as well close shop.
