Non repair of my vehicle after 38 days

My car DROVE into there workshop on the 30th September 2013.
after 38 days, its still not driving, my gearbox does NOT work properly, another workshop who has put the car on the computer says electronically fine, that the box is the problem.
the cant help me any further, they say they DONT know what the problem is.
And today when i said i want my money back which is R 13 300. all they want to give me back is R 7250.
AND MY CAR WILL BE IN PIECES, worse than it was when i DROVE IT into them.
