I installed a chip on my vehicle at ghoch n cooper, i have been back to them numerous times, the car has never been 100% infact it is at 40% the last visit i was charged for checks.the outcome was that the chip that they installed does not work with my ecu. the last visit my car was there for between 2 or 3 days everytime i called in i was promised to be called back which only happened once, when i called in i heard Munier ask his manager if it was timothy he mentioned me by name and said that he doesnt want to speak to me. i wasnt funny or rude to this person! eventually when i recieved my car it was in a worse condition that it went in with my vtec was not working my car is pinging. munier took out a part that i paid them for. they were also busy with renovations and when i left my car's mat wasnt in the car when i fetched it, it had white paint on it. thus far i have paid them about R6000 including eveytime i had to put fuel in for them to test the car. after all this they try to sell me a management system that they said would cost me R7000. they also said i would not ge any cash back for the chip i installed with them.
