Tempest Car Hire
Still waiting for my fuel refund

I filled up the hire car less than 500 metres from point where Tempest personnel collected the car. I received a call from someone at Tempest who informed me that there was a fuel charge of R165 which I disputed. I didn't fill the car to the hilt like a taxi shaking the vehicle to fill in the last litre but it was full. The person who called me was going to investigate and get back to me. That must be a 2/3 weeks ago and nada. I called again last week and I think I spoke to Karabo. Still nothing. Pathetic service. And the car I had didn't even have the ashtray cleaned properly! Asked for a smoke free vehicle. Not good!
