Bad Service

On November 6, at around 3:30pm. I stopped at Shell service station Ellis Park. There was an attendant busy speaking to a person in another vehicle giving directions, I did not bother much about that at the time because the floor manager had seen me standing and waiting for service and came to me to find out if I had been served. After telling I was yet to be served he assured me that he is going to get some one to assist me. The station was busy and no one had come to help me for a while. I then noticed the attended who was giving a driver directions was free and not attending to anyone. I left him believing that the floor manager was getting someone else to help me. He then walked closer to not asking if I had been helped, so I asked him to help me. At that time he was not helpful at all and went on to help another vehicle that came in. I complained to the floor manager and drove off without filling up and went on to a BP service station for service.
