You think you are doing me a favour?

I ordered a supplementary AMEX PLATINUM card for my son which was scheduled to be delivered at my business premises. The driver arrives with an attitude as if he has a carrot stuck up his. He walks in as if he is doing me a favour and refuses to wait literally 50 seconds for a copy of my sons ID document to print. This imbecile starts throwing a fuss and so i told him if he cant be patient he might as well leave. As expected, with his attitude this man walked out literally ignoring me and my staff calling him back, left and switched of his phone. COWARD! I have received deliveries from all different couriers but this is the worst service I have ever received. I hope UTI has a disciplinary action which they can take against their useless staff.
