Disgusting service and behavio

After months of fighting with FBN to get my card delivered I eventually get it only for them to cancel it 2 days later, after another fight to get another card delivered they send there courier company CCD to deliver my card, the person who delivered the card only know as Sipho because he refused to give me a last name, came to my place of work were I am based at a client, he is rude to all staff when giving him my documents he is leaning up against me when I said please don't lean so close to me I get told whats my attitude, he wont accept CK document for my business as proof of residence then sit telling the financial manager the problem I have been embarrassed at my client firstly and when I asked him to leave the premises he told me he wont I must make him, only after threatening him with the security did he leave, Now please tell me what incompetent people are FNB and CCD employing that they don't know what a CK document is, this is the absolute last time I deal with FNB and there courier company for 6 month I have fought to get one card but it is so hard for them. Most unprofessional and incompetent companies I have ever dealt with
