Spare Key

I bought a Hyundai I20 on the 1st October 2012 from the Hyundai car dealership in Edenvale. I was told that they need to get a spare key, or something in those lines, till today I'm still waiting for the spare keys. I year later.
I've been asking a person by the name of Emile for it, he tells me he has to find my documentation? surely this is meant to be filed.
I email him once a month but till this day nothing happened.

Please see if you can get a response from them? you guys seems to get better luck that I do.
