ACD Auto Incompetent!!!

I have a 2007 Audi RS4, it was due for a service and as it is out of warranty, I decided to buy the genuine parts etc direct from Audi and get a "respectful" place to do the labour and stamp my service book. So I dropped my car off with all the sealed items for service (Fuel filter, oil filter, 10 litres full synthetic oil, oil additive etc).

So I returned to collect my car, after paying for the service. I asked for the 2 litres oil that was suppose to be left, as my car only takes 8 litres of oil. I was told that the oil was finished. So my first impression was that they kept it for themselves. But the next day (after the car has been standing for a day), I decided to check the oil just to make sure the didn't do something SO STUPID as to put the whole 10 litres of oil in my car... And would you say... That's exactly what they did!!! They put 2 litres of oil to much in my engine. And to make it even worse... There is a big sticker right below the oil filler cap stating ''DO NOT OVER FILL''. Need I say that the maintenance book was in the car as well...
