False advertising and impossible to contact

I have been buying HTH floaters since they have been on the shelf. The floaters I buy are 2 different sizes. One is 792 grams, the other 1, 66 kilograms. Both claim to last a month for small pools up to 30 000 litres. My pool is about 25 000 litres and neither of them last a month. The smaller lasts 2 weeks and the larger 3 weeks. The larger should last longer than a month as it claims to last a month in pools starting at 30 000 litres and mine is not even that big but it only lasts 3 weeks!
I have tried contacting them on their website email address provided and every time the email is returned saying the adress does not exist.
