No response to damaged goods

After they moved my furniture, I noticed that my fridge was damaged. I informed the supervisor while they were still on site and he even took a photograph of the damage. When I called to find out what their procedures are regarding damages, I was told they will get back to me. I called again and again was told they will get back to me. Needless to say, I still havent heard anything from them every again and suffered damaged. PLEASE DONT USE THEM! See if they like suffering damages!
