Execu-move damaged 90% of my furniture!!

I moved from Jhb to CT and had my furniture in storage in Cape Town for 9 months. When my goods arrived at my new home (16th August 2013), just about every item was damaged, scratched or totaled.!!! Everything smelt musty and some of the goods were damp. When I spoke to Jean Botha (Marketing Manager) he said that I should just claim on my insurance. So they are not accountable for anything and can do as much damage as they please?? He said he would speak to his Director and get back to me - I am still waiting? I suggested maybe he come and see the extent of the damage for himself - I am still waiting? I have sent e-mails - these are being ignored.
I am devastated at the state of my goods - its taking me ages to get quotes for insurance.
Insurance companies should not insure if goods are being transported and stored by Execumove.

Don't use Execumove if you want your goods to be looked after!!! Worst mistake of my life!!
