Worst service received from any car dealer ever!!!

I bought a Kia Sportage AWD from Kia Boksburg in Jan 2012. In April this year the right rear speaker just started making a very irritating high pitch noise and I disconnected it. I was however on my way on leave and on my way back phoned Kia Boksburg with the problem as I was passing by on my way back to Secunda. They said I must bring in the car so they can test and see what is wrong. On my arrival the guy went out wrote down the VIN number on my window and said they are going to book a warranty claim and let me know when I must come in to replace the speaker which made me furious to start of with as he tested nothing and I could just as well give him the VIN number over the phone. After not hearing anything from them I phoned the Service Manager Eugene after speaking to a few people who could not give answers. He said that the guy helping me in April resigned and did not log the claim but he will sort out everything and come back to me and he will send out a technician to Secunda to replace it. Nothing happened and after even writing a letter to Kia South Africa they just replied a Representative will contact me which also did not happen. Tomorrow is the 1 November still nothing.
