My car still with them after 8 months

I drove my car to Mayfair in February 2013 and to date i get different stories from selwyn and Jaco. One says the car is being attended yet the other says its done and will be available tomorrow but it's now November. When I went there I was intimidated with complex juggon I felt helpless. I am unfortunately not in SA hence an only call and get promises that I will be called back but this never happens. I pray for the day someone or something gets into these guys heads and make them fix my car. It's a silver BMW 318i.
