Big Boy Scooter Scollies Deny Damage!!!

So I took my Scooter (Steve) in for a service today at the kenilworth Big Boy dealership. R1140 later I get it back with a massive crack in the front Ferring and they treat me like a criminal and deny any responsibility. Then thry send me a WhatsApp message stating the mechanic documented all damage that was on the bike when he received it, which stated scratch on Ferring. Which I admit I did. The massive crack in the plastic moulding however I did not. Then they tell me I must never set foot in there store again. What has happened to all the honest people in this twisted world.???
