Unsatisfactory situation turned around

I bought my Java 170cc from one of their branches.

I service my scooter every 2 500km as required. Before my first 1 000km the scooter fell. I took it in the next morning to have it checked out, and the mechanic cleared my scooter, stating no major damage, only some minor scratches.

Problem is that every time something goes wrong, or I hear a funny sound, the mechanic blamed it on the fall. Also every time that I got my scooter back from them, there was something missing / broken and every time they claim that it came in like that. It infuriates me when I look after something, and the people that you are supposed to trust, do not.

I recently got it back with broken panel clips, and panels not aligning, again they pleaded innocent, and blamed it on the fall (9 500Km ago). There were also screws missing, and my ignition was damaged.

I had enough!

I escalated it to Jean (area manager). We sat down, and I told him the story. Jean made a note of everything, and shortly after, notified me that they will fix and replace everything.

This is fantastic service and excellent management!!! Companies need more people like him!
