Ad parts and workmanship causing danger to life

Good day my name is chris, my girlfriend recently purchased a 1.8 golf motor from mikes place.
after purchasing the motor we had the motor fitted only to find that the motor was badly damaged and had to be replaced.
whe then took the car back to mikes place who then charged an extra amount for the fitmint of the motor.
we found there service to be really good and initially thought that the problems would be solved.
as we left mikes place we had to stop as the car did not feel right this after R10 000 we then checked the car once we were home to find that both front wheels had never been tightened and that just the weight of the wheel spanner was enough to turn the wheel studs, i couldn't believe it!!!
the clips for the brake pads were not there on the right side, the petrol pump with adapter that they had installed was leaking oil very badly.
and now the car has a terrible sound from the pulley on the crank, this only being 3000km from when the car was done. and to make matters worse we were driving and all of a sudden the car had no brakes, it was found that the brake booster hose to the manifold was never fitted correctly and had come off
bad workmanship is endangering lives
