On the 30/10/2013 I took my vehicle to AutoPro Selby for a front suspension check. I booked the car in for 07:45 (website reflects opening time of 07:30). The manager (named Mo) is not in yet and they won't start work on the car without his authorisation. Called him to get approval and they started. Checked the car and prepped a job card with faults and required spares. This was concluded by 9am. we now need spares. Mo only gets in at 10:30 and he is the only person allowed to purchase spares. He gets in, swearing, screaming at his staff and plain rude to everyone. Instead of being apologetic for being late, he doesn't even take notice of me and starts doing his own personal things, with no indication of acquiring the spares. He then tells me he can't have the car ready that day because of other cars queued, even though I had a booking and explained to him (and the receptionist when making the booking) that I needed the car that day. I chose to remove my car and get assistance else where. He then charged me R228 for 30 min labour and for checking the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed at the service I received and in my mind, this workshop should be closed. NEVER AGAIN!!!
