I took one of our Quantum CT10WDGP vans to have some electronic issues sorted out on Monday 28 Oct

I was sent an sms at 14h23 on this same day saying 'Good day Mr Sterras your vehicle will be ready for collection@5pm, regards Toyota N1 City '

I called the service department to arrange for Tuesday morning pickup as all my drivers were working and was moved from person to person as they did not know who was responsible for the vehicle
Eventually I got through to a lady who told me it was ok

I await her call as she is supposed to get back to me with feedback
Hopefully I am on top of that 70 car list she refer to

I called in on Tuesday 29 Oct @ 10:09 and once again to my astonishment I was passed from person to person, put on hold and spoke to the entire service department as they tried to find the service advisor

When she got to the phone I was told that the garage handles 70 cars a day and was very busy so they could not give me feedback

This to me was a freaking joke. I moved our vans from Culemborg to N1 city because we are in Northgate Business park > but will be forced to move all our Quantums to another service department from now onwards
