Issue 1 - MBSA delayed my 60000km service and then I had to pay for "the late" service. This has been on going and I cannot find anybody at MBSA to discuss this with. They just ignore me.
Issue 2 - One dealer changing for work not done, double charging and in my view doing unnecessary work at my expense
Issue 3 - The Dealer surveys do not allow for a fair reflection of the service experience and is biased to positive response only
Issue 4 - MSFS will not send me my car papers even though the vehicle was fully paid in April 2013
Issue 5 - Hold on for 40 minutes on the call centre with no response, or just get cut after holding on
Issue 6 - Road side assist does not assist when you stuck in the little Karoo
Issue 7 - Cannot get MBSA to return a call or email
