Manhatten Motors unacceptable business conduct

When it came time to sell my wifes Toyota Yaris I was pleased to have received a decent offer from Manhatten motors and although they were far away I was of the opinion that being a fairly busy dealership I would have no issues getting paid. Stupidly I got my driver at work to deliver the registration papers (as I was really hectic at work) on the premise that Zunaid Noormahomed had assured me that he would give my driver a proof of payment... that did not happen. It has been at least 5 attempts a day for the last week and I have no car, no papers and no money!!! I call the office and speak with Tasneen to try and get a proof of payment but she cant authorize and just says dont worry. Zunaid spins a different story every time and more than once says "I am doing the payment right now" which is a blatant lie!!! I get the feeling he is screening my calls as well. Needless to say I haven't been able to sleep very well given that i am out of pocket for R70 000 and I have been made at least 10 empty promises. Come on Manhatten motors if you have any type of honestly or integrity you will make good on your obligations... its rubbish that I am having to stress about this.
