Non existent customer service

I was at supa quick swellendam 3 moths ago to replace my whole exhuast system, and my home is not situated near swellendam, they replaced everything but failed to notice, or replace the top gasget, today I went in at 9:00am, when I parked a guy came up and I told him whats going on, so he told me to wait im third in line, at 9:30 a friend I persume of him came and went infront of me, so I kept quit and waited finally at 10:15 they told me to drive my car on the ramp, when the car was ramped the manager asked one of the seven men sitting there doing nothing but having a good time to come and help, the person responed with "im going to go eat now before I can do anything" eventually at 10:38 he came out and helped me and told me he couldnt help me because the is stuck and that I would have to come back, whilst it is not my problem they did not replace the gasget I wil be charged now for a mechanic in the near future to remove the bolt and drill in a new whole because it was stuck, this in my opinion was the bigest waste of my time. I wont regret never going to that place ever in the future.
