Supa Quick
Bad service

I needed to replace my cars battery, the car was completely dead, so after phoning Supa Quick, they advised me to bring the battery in to be checked. Being a single mom, and therefore nobody to assist me, I managed to get the battery out and took it into supa quick. They tested it and said it had to be replaced. The guy who then assisted me at the counter did so while on the phone. I explained that I want the same make battery etc and was told they have the same size etc but another make. He then completed the sale while still on the phone and shouting to another guy to bring the battery. Well to put a long story short, the battery did not fit my car because it needed longer brackets now. It also was not a maintenance free battery like I asked for. I went back and they adapted another bracket to fit, but did not cut the rod short enough and it had now dented the bonnet because it is too long. It is now a matter of time before it comes right through so now I will have to find someone to shorten it. If they would have given the attention to the customer in the first place I could have saved myself s lot of stress. I won't ever go back there.
