I had an issue with my engine light so I took in my Nissan Livina to Woodmead on the 27th September to get it checked. Seeing as my service was due in November, I ended up booking it in for a service too. I was only called once in the morning re: my car, after that I had to constantly phone the dealership to find out the progress of my car when they mentioned reapeatedly that they would get back to me. When I went to collect my car in the afternoon I lodged a complaint with the gentleman that took my car in, explainig how unhappy I was with their treatment, only to be told by the service manager that "if I was unhappy about they way they treated me then I should find myself a dealership that will treat me better and that I can't expect them to call all customers when in all respect they have -40 cars on the floor. He told me I was verbally abusing hi coz I complained. I have never been so insulted and humiliated. I ended paying for something I didn't authorise being R2000 out of pocket for the month all due to mistreatment. I love my car but the treatment I received has altered my views of Nissan SA completely. Never want to deal with Woodmead service department again
