Deposit not reversed

I returned the vehicle (CG 14 HY GP, HYundai I20) i used as a courtesy car organised by my insurance company on Sunday 13/10/2013. To date I have not received my R750 deposit. I called the Polokwane office twice and each time i call them they promise to call the bank but to date there is still no money in my account.
