Bike damage not resolved over a year late

My bike was damaged in a road accident when Bikes in Motion were transporting it from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Initially the post accident service from them was great - they organised a refund for my bike and were very polite and prompt.

I then signed over the bike to them in order to be scrapped or sold. According to Cindy the bike is now in Mozambique but still registered in my name. I keep calling to try and get it off my name but they are no longer picking up their phones or responding to my messages.

I have also been promised compensation for my helmet that was damaged by the couriers - but this is still to be paid as well.
