My nightmare VW

I purchased a Golf GTI 7 from Dadas motors in Benoni. Received delivery of the car on 28 aug 2013. Transportation clamps were not removed n shock mountings needed to be replaced within the 1st 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago warning signal, losing tyre pressure. Stopped at the garage, tyre pressure was 100 %. last week got stuck, coolant empty, lose radiator & water pipe damaged. Formal complaint logged with VW SA no response. Called call centre to speaks to senior manager, was told that they have procedures to follow. Arrived today at VW head office in sandton, would not allow me in the building without an appointment. Muneerah PA to the director said car under warranty n will not be replaced with a new vehicle, sat in the car outside the building speaking to them!!! Carpal replaced, car collected today. Conducted an independent AA check. Car still has a water leak. VW SA has not contacted me once and Dadas salesmen Dave says they can't help cause they are not a VW dealer. No one will take responsibility for this 450 000 manufacturing lemon that I bought. My nightmare created by VW.
