I have never heard such a story before

A few weeks back my car was taken to VW braynston so they can fix the wiring.it turned out the hanis (sp) is badly damaged as a result a new one has to be manufactured Mark the manager ordered that part 4 weeks ago today he called me to tell me that the part has not been finished in Germany that is .now him and i are here but how pathetic can that be.like what nonsense is that. To me it looks like the bosses at VW dont actually give a about their customers if really it can take so long to manufacture that thing and yet be told it will take 8 days for it to get here for what its worth i dont have a car at the moment as i wait for all this to fall into it's place. Mark seems to be doing what he is paid to do but someone with higher authority seems not to give a wether i get my car or not it bothers them not. I have been with VW for years and this is what i get? Disgusting really it doesnt even take that long to manufacture a car yet they can make me wait for so long for a stupid part?
