Life in Danger! While Autoplus Tries to make excuse

I had purchased a vehicle from AutoPlus Gezina about 4 months ago now and assisted by Arne one of AutoPlus's Sales representatives as well as the owner Hennie.
I was sold a vehicle that placed my life in extreme danger the vehicle had between 2 and 3 wheels nuts missing from each wheel which should have had 5 and the one front wheels nut had come loose and was only being held by one nut which is totally unacceptable.
The first part of this complaint was delt with and the vehicle was sent back to be serviced and fixed when I received the vehicle back after they had changed break pads ect you would think that the dealership would have reported it and had it fixed but upon receiving my vehicle back I had seen that they had not attended to the problem and I had to have it changed myself as Autoplus took no responsibility. Further to this the clutch is faulty and not realising why the owner Hennie and Arne pushed to take out an extra motor plan on the vehicle. We were told it was a full cover when infact it is the opposite and the motor plan only pays a portion of a fault that may occur.
The vehicle to date has not been fixed and after Hennie offered a full refund nothing has happened!
