Car registration not going through

I bought a car from Leon's Motors in Rustenburg on 28 September. To date I've had no feedback from Martin Liebenberg who sold me the car. I have received no documents from him, I try to call him, but he does not return my voicemails or messages I leave with Reception. It's been a month almost and the car is still not registered in my name and my 1st payment is already due, for a car that's not mine! This is not acceptable service, because they are quick to make a deal/sell you a car, but their after sales service is beyond poor! Why should I, the customer, follow up on the status of my registration!!!?
