I recently wrote a complaint to Bosch car service in Silverlakes. I took my car there for service but some of the things were not serviced. I then wrote a complaint here without contacting them (my mistake). To my surprise, the manager of the garage contacted me within an hour to set up a meeting. We meet at one of the top rated restaurant where he bought me something eat. He then asked me what I was complaining about, I told him. I can't believe what happened after, he told me to bring my car again for a check up. I brought it, he took full responsibility and did an excellent service to the car. He even went on and fixed somethings that were not part of the service. Bosch car service is the way to go. My previous complaint was mainly due to miscommunication, I withdraw it.
