I purchased a Scala Q2 Pro online for me and my wife for our motorbikes from [URL Removed] Upon installation of the product I found that the supplied earphones hurt my ears, and asked about upgrading to the more expensive unit, which could use in-ear earphones. I am being told that I have to pay a R500 handling fee before I can return the units, which has not been used at all and still has it's original condition and packaging. The supplier refuse to negotiate. Cannot believe that they would refuse extra income, maybe because he catches enough people with the handling fee when they are unhappy.
