Highly Disappointed

After having a wonderful experience when purchasing my bike... we were let down horribly by the after sales services. My bike was written off on 29 August 2013 and the claim was only settled on 11 October 2013 (nearly 6 weeks after the accident). If it weren't for us following up continuously, I am dead certain that this claim would still not be settled!!! I have never in my life had to deal with such an arrogant person and I will never purchase another bike from Cayenne Kyalami purely based on their after service. As it is, I am still waiting for Leon (workshop) to call me regarding the indicator lens cover, this order was placed in June. So before you purchase anything from them, make sure you know what you are getting yourself in for.
