No feedback or follow up for over two weeks

My package arrived in South Africa over a month ago and was held back by customs. Since then I have repeatedly followed up and asked for updates on when I should receive delivery.
I paid for the customs duty and vat two weeks ago, and despite many emails, my "client liaison" has completely failed to do anything about getting my package to me. It took him one week to send the proof of payment to CustomsClearance. This service is completely outrageous and unacceptable. At the very least, when you hire a client liaison, train him to liaise important information with the client.
