Woodford Car Hire
Reimbursement problems

I rented a car from Woodford car rentals at the Durban Airport on 27/09 /2013 and an amount of R4000 was reserved which I complied with and understood. I returned the car on 30/09/2013. I kept to the arrangement of bringing back a undamaged car and a full tank of petrol. According to me within 4 days I must have been reimbursed. Sadly this has not happened. After e-mailing a few times still no joy. Will you kindly assist me in this matter.
