Cars & Transport

On 19 Jan 2013 we went to Commute Lifestyle to buy a scooter for my daughter. Paul was the person who helped us. We paid a R4000 cash deposit for the bike. He said that we could collect the scooter on Wed 23 Jan 2013 - fully registered and licensed. I changed the collection date to Fri 25 Jan 2013, and informed Paul as such. He was quite happy with this change. When we collected the scooter, there were mistakes on the invoice, the scooter was not registered and no license plates. When I confronted him about this he had a very bad attitude saying: "Listen, do you want to do this or not! " His excuse for not registering the bike was that he had to pay Jonway before they would release the Natis documents... really!!?? They charged me R1355 to do the registering!!! which was covered in the R4000 cash deposit and still no papers or license plates!!! In 1 word... DISAPPOINTING!
