I have a Package coming into SA from Hong Kong, The expected delivery date was Wednesday 18 September 2013. Wednesday i called the service centre and the answer is was it has not been received by SA yet, Thursday same story and today same story, this is a high priority package. No feedback is coming forth from the service centre and no delivery date, sort of hangs in the air! i even send them a mail and no response!

I needed the package to participate in a beta test run that started on the 18 september and I'm now 2 days behind.

It is in TRANSIT from 17 september with no updates on the internet!!

so what now...

can someone in authority please respond and give me a delivery date and time PLEASE
