My sister sent me a Birthday present from Spain to South Africa, using the "express" services offered by DHL. Turns out, my package has been in the country for 2 days now, delayed (for the wrong reasons) in customs, and NO ONE EVER CALLED ME to communicate this issue to me. My sister had to tell me about the present so I could get an update. Turns out, they are holding the package because "they don't know what the content is". It is NOT my fault that your system doesn't translate things to English so that you can understand them (THE CONTENT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN IN SPANISH BY YOUR PERSONNEL, ON THE PACKAGE). It is NOT my fault that the people in Spain did not do their job properly by including all the requirements you need in SA to release the package from customs. The sender was assured that she was paying ALL THE TAXES to import the package to South Africa and you are now sending me an invoice of a BIGGER amount than the declared value!!! You have been making mistakes after mistakes, and now not even the Supervisor Coleman De Villiers is answering the phone. I am requesting to send the package back to Spain, I refuse to pay for your mistakes. These are not DHL's brand values.
