Caltex Randburg Shocking Service!!!

I went to Caltex Randburg. I received an sms stating the money went through. the petrol attendant said it was decline. I said to him, here is my sms please call your manager. The manager said no sorry I must go in inside. Nice customer service!!! You just sit there!! There is a big problem with the machines as they said the money is not with them. So I said the money is not with me!! I refused to swipe again. This is shocking service!!! It has NEVER happened to me!! I will never in my LIFE go back there!!! If they treated me differently it would of been a total different story!!
