Very bad service

My car went in for a repair on 18/09/2013 and was promised a courtesy car on the 23/09/2013.
After phoning them 5 times and getting promised a courtesy car the following day, I received my courtesy car on the 3rd of October.
I was promised that my car would be done on the 4th of October 2013 and on the day I had to phone just to here I need to wait 2 more days. Today is the 18th of October and I should have received my car 7 times!!

And yet I still need to phone them!

Wonder if I will get my car before Christmas.
