Adio that never worked from day of delivery

I am so appualed with the after service of this dealer ship,
being a lady they have taken me for a fool.
they firstly gave me a radio that does not belong to the vehicles{ toyota etios xs5dr-2013}Sony

I have stated to the dealer it does not work, after I have taken the vehicle home, he did say bring it in when you have the time
So i was ill up and down doctors, flu, broncitis, phnemonia.

eventually took the radio back and they refuse to replace a new one, but insist on me giving them this one to fix.

please help as i will not recommend this dealer to anyone.

i am disgusted.
