I phoned Grandmark to get a price on replacing my windscreen, to confirm they had stock before driving to them and to get an indication of installation time. I got the price, they confirmed there was stock and they indicated that installation would take no longer than 1, 5 hrs. The person processing the orders took 25 min to load my job card with constant interruptions and chit-chat with the other staff. The same was true with the cashier who was in no rush to finish her conversation with a colleague before swiping my card. Once installation started, it took almost 1, 5 hrs to remove the old windscreen. I inquired about the slow work but only got blank stares and no feedback as to what the holdup was. Another hour passed before the new windscreen was installed. During the installation the "order processor" felt it necessary to interrupt and go off at the installer in front of customers about something. Eventually, more than 3 hrs after I arrived, the installation was finished, but my rain sensor didn't work correctly. When questioning the fault, they said they can't fix it, I have to get it reset elsewhere. No work ethic or respect for customers' time. Worst service ever experienced
