Disappointment can not begin to describe what I am feeling after purchasing the all new VW polo TDI in 2010. My car has been back to Lindsay Saker (Bfn) on flatbed truck 5 times in 3 years because of the turbo cutting out and lights then flickering on the speedometer, meaning that it needs to go back to the workshop. It does not drive then, and this happened once when getting onto the N1... a truck almost ran over me and I just got onto the shoulder of the road in time. They keep "fixing" the problem, but... it seems they can't. Opened up a case at the Ombudsman and they "fixed"it again, saying the car is now fixed, After the car's 45 000 Km service (they needed to replace a part), it happened again, but now I need to start paying for the towing, because the car is now out of warranty. Tomorrow my car would be at the workshop for a week, because they waited for another part in order to fix it again. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME A COURTESY CAR IN THE MEANWHILE, because this car dealership does not have any. I have suggested to them to replace the product or refund me in full, but they won't, because they will fix it again... I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT! "Expect big.."
