I was in an accident yesterday. Tow truck drivers have a bad reputation for being vultures with bad manners.
Well CJ from A1 Assist was so helpful.

He helped explain what I needed to do, as far as contacting my insurance company - but most importantly he kept asking if I was ok.
This was not part of his duty and the concern was really appreciated.
