Never Trust A1 Assist

I Had my vehicle towed in by A1 assist they refused to let me know what will be the storage fees at first and said its to their discretion, finally i got my vehicle removed bymy insurance with an outstanding billing of R8000.00 which i had to pay R5000.00 out of my own pocket, The items in my vehicle was not relised, when i went to their yard they gave me some of my stuff but the expensive items they cannot find. How come is this??? has A1 sold it perhaps given it to one of yourl's tow truck drivers??

I need need answers asap or i will lay a charge against A1 assist for.
