BAD SERVICE AND MISREPRESENTATION

My son brought his Focus in for a service yesterday. The first thing was the unfriendly consultant who received him, Vusi. Did not even have the decency to greet him properly, only summoned him with a hand gesture to come to his desk. When purchasing the Focus, a so called "perk" we were offered to "sweeten the deal" was a courtesy car when his car was in for service. Well, the car is given to you without any petrol and you are told by the consultant you "better just top it up because its empty"!!! He had to sit in peak hour Sandton traffic in a car with no petrol. Not having his wallet with him, he now had the added stress of not making it to work with the petrol left in the car. That afternoon, we had to put in R30 petrol just to ensure we make it back to the dealership. So how is that a courtesy to your client placing them under such stress and then expecting them to fork out money for petrol. And then the cherry on top, now there is a problem with the car key. When you press the button to release the key, it only pops up half way. I cannot fathom that you send your car for a normal service and have to go through so much stress and hassles. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
