Thank you VW!

My 2005 VW Citi Golf Chico's interior heater decided to get stuck on high heat, just as summer was getting into full swing. Without a aircon in the car, it literally fely like you were driving in a sauna. I was reluctant to visit a mechanic, because I thought, anything under the dashboard would be a of a mission to open and fix and thus cost me a fortune in the end. On Monday, I could not stand it anymore, and drove into my nearest VW service centre.
Gert Coetzee and Steven were kind enough to assist me. They disconnected the heater wire from under the bonnet -- chop chop, I say! Not the big operation that I thought it would be... And to boot, they did not charge me a cent!
