Rude and arrogant

We drove in the garage today, and waited for service, after 7 or 8 minutes, Bulelani waltz out of the Engen shop, and walked right past us as if there was no car, we called him to say we have been waiting, he said and I quote " I can't smell which car came first"! We asked what kind of response is that, and again he said the same thing, I asked the Supervisor Warren for the manager Samantha, which I spoke with and promised to call me back. Engen Airport is this the kind of people you hire?? It is Disgusting and a disgrace!!!
