Cars & Transport

I Have a complaint against GM Alberante Motors with their service. On 01/10/2012 I took my 2006 Corsa 1.4i Sport for hydraulic lifters change, I got a call around 16:30 from Clive that my car needed rockers and oil pump as well to be replaced @ R 9800.00 . The next day on the 02/10/2012 when I went to fetch my car I was told that the bill was now R 15500.00 I eventually paid R 15000.00 after negotiating with them to reduce the amount. After starting the car I realized that it was still making the same noise and I brought it to their attention and the said the noise should go away after 1000 km and I left. On Thursday evening the 04/10/2012 I got stuck with the car on my way to work and I managed to get the car pushed to my work place. The next morning I took the car bak. They latter called that my car needed a new cam shaft @ R 2500.00 . After some negotiation with them they managed to get me a second hand cam shaft and the fitted it. They then tested the car and the car was not right and they said the problem was with the head and the valve and the quoted me R 9000.00 to fix it. On Monday 15/12/2012 the claimed the problem was with the block not the head and will cost me R22000
